I am Elizabeth, I live in South Warrington and I am a mum to two very energetic young children who keep me on my toes! I am a trained antenatal and hypnobirthing teacher and a postnatal doula.After two very different births I really felt I needed to support women/birthing people with arming them with all the knowledge and support that could have going into birth and the postnatal period. I am extremely passionate about birth rights and giving families the knowledge to feel empowered to make the right choices for them.
I support all paths to parenthood, all birth choices and feeding choices- becoming a parent is life changing and it’s vital you feel supported during this period.

Hello, I’m Sarah, mother to two wild children and the creator behind Of the Earth Doula. My own experience of birth inspired me to become a birth and postnatal doula where I nurture women’s belief in themselves and encourage informed and empowered decision making.
I believe in honouring each family’s unique path, embracing both the wisdom of nature and the power of community.

I'm a birth and postnatal doula in Tyneside/Northumberland. Mum of 3 grown up kids, my background is in musical play for babies and toddlers. 'Sing and Tonic' is my prescription, when it comes to coping with the roller coaster that is becoming a mother! Lullabies are my favourites, along with baby dances and tickly songs.

I believe in nurturing the mother, ensuring she feels heard, cared for, and informed every step of the way. As an advocate, I guide you through navigating the healthcare system, ensuring your voice is honoured at every stage. By offering evidence-based information, I help families make choices that align with their values and desires, ensuring a respectful and positive birth experience.
